Their refund policy is ridiculous!!. They won't give cash back on returns if you purchased the item with a card. They will only refund the same way you made the purchase. I have to wait up to 5 business days for a refund. Huge inconvenience for customers. Please change this policy.

My complaint is about two issuesOne might not be specific to this store but I was purchasing women’s pants todayThey all had tags but nothing had the price of the pants on any tagNot even on the rack i had to walk thru the store looking for a staff member to help with the pricesWhy are there not prices on all the tags??Then I went to the change room to try on a couple of pairs of pantsSo you have to take your shoes off and the floors are filthyI should have taken picsThey have not been cleaned for some time it was covered in long hair an awful experience as I had to put my shoes back on not being able to clean my feet off properlyWhen I mentioned this to a staff member at the checkouts I was just laughed at with a big eye roll

One of the ladies that works at bag check her name starts with an sh, is beyond rude. Her face looks like she’s been slapped with a wet fish. She really needs to learn to do her job properly. The amount of people’s bag she went through whilst moving things aside is wrong and illegal. Not to mention she checked through peoples shoe boxes asking if there were shoes in the box or not. I was in absolute shock. I understand she has a duty but that was next level.

I was testing out a ball for my little cousin, checking that it wasn't flat. This worker came up to me and in a raised tone told me to get out of the toy section. This was highly insulting since I did nothing wrong and was potentially going to buy the ball. Afterwards the worker followed me around the store pushing me to the entrance then kicked me out saying I was not welcome back. Maybe employees have right to kick people out of stores for no reason but the rudeness shown from this despicable woman was outrageous. I'm still in awe and saddened that this happened and I hope no one else has to go through this.But for sure I won't be coming back ever again.

My friends and I were testing out the bikes for my friends little brother while I was testing out a ball. This worker came over and yelled at my friends and i to get out of the toy section. I felt this very rude. She then started to follow us around the toy section telling us to get out. I felt like this was against my rights of being a human. Anyone young or old should be allowed to browse the toy section. This is absolutely disgusting. Won’t be coming back ever again.

Extremely disappointed. Our family members are regular shoppers at this store. Today (thursday 19th Jan) at approx 3:15 my 14 year old entered the store to buy deodorant before she goes away tomorrow. She was very well dressed (I was in Frankston with her) is always polite to adults and importantly had more than enough money to pay for her items. She was smelling the different roll ons to see which she would chose. An older, extremely rude female worker approached her and told her to leave the store. My daughter asked why and the woman rolled her eyes at her and said “you know why”. My daughter explained herself adding that in no way she was stealing the item and was told flatly to “JUST GET OUT OF THIS STORE NOW!”. She came out to me distressed. I am disgusted by her treatment by the employee. Not EVERY young person feels the need to steal and should be treated with same respect that “this woman” probably expects . Lift your game and chose your staff wisely. I won’t be coming back .

I was in kmart today with 2 of my friends just looking at the bean bags when a worker came up behind us and yelled at us asking what we were doing and kept questioning us and kicked us out of the store, walked us out and made the lady at the door check our bags when we hadn’t done anything wrong. I believe she only did this because we are teenagers in the store after school. Honestly disgusted with the way she treated us, the lady who checked our bags even apologised. She said we aren’t welcome back. Rude lady
