Direct - Rhythm on Beach

Very clean, well serviced accommodation. While not actually on the beach (the name refers to Beach Road) it is an easy 15 minute walk to an ocean beach. It is very convenient for bars and cafes. The room was spacious with modern decor befitting the property. Only quibble is the contactless check-in which was a chore to set up.

A very mixed experience here. The rooms were a good size, modern and clean. The view was okay with glimpses of the ocean, but there were some negatives. Neither of the TV's worked for free to air as the cables were missing or broken. The pool was closed for four of the five days we were there and there were other maintenance type issues. Not quite sure if I'd go back or not. Staff were lovely in person though.

I was fortunate to have an extended stay in the penthouse suite recently. The apartment was modern, well equipped & clean. The views are amazing. I could not fault the apartment or Rhythm On Beach staff - they were always so accommodating and actioned requests in a timely manner. Well positioned so close to Ocean Street and a short walk to Cotton Tree. I highly recommend.

Great location close to plenty of shops, cafes and river - all within a walking distance. Spacious and good value for the price.

We were upgraded from the one bedroom room we booked into a two bedroom on the top floor! There was a note on the second door letting us know not to use the second room without talking to the reception first to pay for use of the room, but we were so happy with the view!We had a view of the ocean and the mountains.The unit was clean, organised and had such great amenities.The pool was a little dirty while we were staying there, but the water was also too cold to want to hang out in it anyway.Location is great, only a short walk to the plaza or other food/shopping options and close to the beach.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again

ONLY thing good about this place was the location. Rented the 3 bed. The apartment was kitted out with THE cheapest dirtiest furniture. Covered in stains and tears. It looks like the owner paid MAYBE $1000 to furnish it and supplied the bare minimum with cheap second hand utensils. Including 1 pot from the 80’s and curtains that don’t even fit. The fan doesn’t work in one of the bedrooms and they have excused that by saying the can’t get a contractor to fix it. My 3.5 year old daughter was sitting at the table and the chair collapsed! It was so old/cheap it broke in 2 different places. She was simply eating her meal. I’m assuming it had or was already broken and the owner had not bothered to fix it. Aside from this, the check in process is ridiculous. And don’t even bother trying to contact them any earlier than an hour before check in. They won’t answer. 2 stars because it’s close to restaurants and Woolworths etc.

Overall I was happy with Rhythm as I just wanted somewhere in Maroochydore for my elderly Mum and myself to sleep for one night after spending some quality time with her where we had our own room and bathroom each. For $190 for the night for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit it was great value, clean and with free secure undercover parking and a lift.For those wanting to be close to water you may be disappointed as it is in the commercial/ shopping part of Maroochydore and a couple of km to the beach! It's on Beach Rd which is why there is 'beach' in the name. It's not really a hotel, more serviced apartments in a building with permanent residents, but they were friendly in the lifts and zero noise. We just drove to the beach at sunset, parked and walked around.The water pressure and temperature in the shower were variable and very poor. I didn't wash my hair on the overnight stay and wouldn't want to! Girls on a hens night could be frustrated. There was no compendium with dining options, but I can totally recommend the Maroochydore RSL. Beautiful building, free multi-level carpark opposite main entrance, huge serves and cheap.Quite simply, if you're wanting proximity to beach and amazing ocean views you'll have to pay more, but good value if you want a clean apartment with secure parking to stay in.

Awesome location, so close to everything. Spacious apartment with good size kitchen and fridge/freezer. TV couldn’t connect probably to our phones or the internet so had trouble with streaming movies. Love the undercover car park included. Good size balcony

We have stayed here a couple of time now and have always found the rooms very clean and tidy, as to the common areas.The undercover parking is a bit tight, but taking it slow and steady wins the race.It’s located in a great position to check out the local eats or take a longer walk around to Cotton Tree.

Firstly I would suggest the property to contact guests by message or email about the check-in requirement to pre-register, luckily someone was at the reception to send me a link. Other than the check-in process, the rest of the experience was excellent in this property. My apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Heaters worked very well and wifi was strong. Temperature of showers is the only complain I have for my apartment, which tend to be unstable at times. The location is great as well, very close to 2 malls with plenty of shops and restaurants. This is a great place to stay for families and friends, just make sure you get to pre-register in advance.
