From start to finish: the service was professional. It was great to have an in home quote without the hard sell. The installer was on time and efficient. The electrician was organised and also efficient. The office manager is prompt and responsive. I am happy to recommend Perth Homeguard for your shutters - look very smart and making such a difference in the blocking out the noise.

Really great experience. I don’t have a lot of money but being a single mum in her forever home it was important to me to invest in my families safety. I had home guard install shutters on my entire house as well as the security door. The pricing was fair with no stupid let me talk to my manager to reduce the bill rubbish just straightforward information.I almost didn’t go with them due to the past review on here about the security door. The installer calmed my fears explained the bad review and I chose to take a chance.My security door is perfect, sturdy with no gaps or issues I love it.My shutters are fabulous and well worth the investment.If I can figure out how to post pictures I will haha, otherwise if your concerned talk it through

Very happy with security doors installed at my house. Perth Homeguard experienced consultant showed type of product and explained clearly type of security door, showed samples and colours. Installer did a professional job and left area clean of debris. Nice to have strong security door to keep intruders from entering. Office staff very experienced in handling my enquiry and I recommend Perth Homeguard to anyone looking for security to protect their homes or business. I will be referring friends and family contact Perth Homeguard.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Do not use. They made my security door too short for the opening. Now all the bugs fly in. defeats the purpose of getting the door in the first place, they keep saying they will come out but never do. They Claim they put bug seal but the bug seal is sitting above the door and touching thin air doing nothing!! Consumer Protection told them they need to replace but they are refusing Now having to take them to court. Do your self a favor avoid the heart ache and do not use this pathetic excuse of a company that done even obey the Australian Consumer Laws!

Product was good but pet door option was loosely fitted & very wobbly.4 security doors were purchased and each had faults from bent frame, screws stripped, to dodgy locking mechanisms.Doors are up to 6mm out of square and still jam when opening/closing.Even though installer knew frames were bent, they were still installed roughly, stripped a lot of screws into aluminium frame during install and had to replace with larger diameter only after owner notified.Was told that complaints will not be accommodated

Avoid using. Had a security screen installed on our laundry a couple of months ago. At quote was told it would be 3 weeks to installation. Paid deposit and 2 weeks later called to find out when they would be coming to measure up for our door. Was told they were busy but had 1 day available to measure in the next 4 weeks. I was at work that 1 day and requested another but was rudely told that was the only availability and could I please take time off work to be available. After calling to complain, their scheduling team found an available time the next day. When it came to installation, I had the same issue. Was given one day that was the “only available” day for the next 4 weeks. Again, I was at work and was told I would have to take time off work because they had no other times available. I called again to complain and scheduling again found a free time on the next day. Now, 2 months after install, the door is sticking and doesn’t open after being locked and when I called requesting this be fixed I was told there is no availability for repairs before Christmas and scheduling will not consider making any bookings at all for the new year until the new year. So I have to call back next year to request this be repaired. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!Update- invoice number 21460, dated 10/10/2022.

Totally Poor Quality Security Door.I installed Security Door through Perth Homeguard Pty Ltd in March 2016. This door not properly working, Not properly fixed and lots of problems. When I call they saying out of warranty.Please don' t go with Perth Homeguard Pty Ltd.

AVOID THEM. Poor communication, the customer has to do the chasing, they will not update you unless you contact them. I got so frustrated with them. I had to be rough, pushy and tough to get the job done. Regret using them.

Perth Homeguard has fixed my electric roller shutter .I used them to install my security windows and roller shutters 12 years ago.One of the roller shutter's springs need replacing.Thanks Mike for an excellent job.Many thanks,Ann
