Unprofessional terrible at their job, care about profits rather than helping you. I would tell anyone looking to move to them, think twice, this company is very expensive compared to others, and they don’t do anything for you. If no stars were an option i would give it to them. Every quote they manage to source for you will seem excessive as there is most likely an inbuilt commission for them even though they charge you to source quotes.They like turning. owners against each other, the old divide and concur method.

I am an owner of a unit in a complex and chairperson through a series of unplanned events we needed to find a new body corporate manager urgently. Capitol were suggested and able to assist us immediately to begin to unpack the past 5 years and ensure services were in place. I have scored customer service from Capitol Zero in the past. However, there has obviously been a lot of work done starting with Nic & the lady who took over Elevate responsibilities after. Current contact Jodie was amazing at AGM. She was empathetic so knew our concerns & had the background info we needed to make decisions at AGM. She gave clear and concise info on our obligations, liabilities & responsibilities for all motions. Jodie is on top of the brief so I have total confidence in her. My zero score is now the absolute top. I am so glad your company has got its act together. Thank you.

I just attended a bodycorp agm run by capitol body corp , it was the worst run body corp agm I have attended in 20 years. The lot owners voted on line , however the capitol representative did not have the online votes on motions or their votes for committee positions
