If I could give negative stars I would. We often get stock sent to us via ACCO and Hamelin Brands in NSW via XL Express. The last 6 weeks of stock **oVER 16 deliveries have either not arrived at all, or been delivered to another customer in error. We have tens of thousands of dollars of stock being held up in their depots. I am absolutely disgusted.

So I missed a delivery Thursday morning. I rang and was told the delivery would take place Monday (why not Friday I don't know!). I wait till 4pm on Monday as there's no sign of my boxes. Finally get through to a call centre (sounds like it). I'm kept waiting ages with loud music in my ear. I hang up, redial. The receptionist says she can't get a hold of the driver but she can see he has the parcels on board and they'll be delivered by 5pm. It's now 5:20pm and no sign of the driver. And don't worry about calling other numbers they give. No one picks up on the calls. Makes a mockery of their slogan 'Better than all others . . . mate'!

Would give negative stars if possible. After waiting more than a month to have something delivered from within Australia, and being told multiple times it would arrive on a certain day and then wasn't, I cancelled the order.Would advise all potential customers to use a different courier.

I would give this company 0 starts but unfortunately Google Review does not give that as a option. We placed an order over 1.5 months ago, the order was dispatched and the delivery was supposed to be made a month back. We have still not received our package. The customer service representatives are rude, unprofessional, and do not have ethics. We have been given different information by different representatives and have 0 trust in them. Never ever ever use their services! Pathetic!

Don't do business with this company. My car was hit by one of the company's transporter trucks on January 13 of this year, license plate YQ03DV. The company has been holding me back for almost two months without any compensation. And every time I contacted their manager, it was just an excuse to say no one was there, to give me my name and number, and they would contact me, but they never did, it's been two months. This company is really good at making excuses and has no integrity.

I will never use XL Express - unmitigated disaster! I had a package coming from the Brisbane Lions and they claimed to have delivered to my home but I was supposedly not home! They claim they placed a card in my mailbox. However, the driver went to the wrong house!!!! I am being penalised by the incompetence of the drive and XL Express and cannot get my delivery now for another 5 days! Unprofessional and speaking to someone on email they couldn't have been any blunter if they tried. NEVER USE XL EXPRESS! Drivers are geographically stupid!

I wouldn’t work for this company this is the worst management it was very poor great team but they made us wait around for hours that’s why everything came late packages orders. the factory was very rickety and old the amount of broken hazardous items left on factory floor was quite distressing dangerous broken goods put together with normal stuff glass near walk ways tripping hazards sinks handles switch’s falling off hazards screws missing from conveyers there was no proper first aid work safe came thru almost everyday they may of paid them off to not say anything. I would have to defend for my self the fork lift drivers didn’t care as much for people either they only Implemented path zones but people still didn’t use the pathsThose are my safety concerns but they company should be held accountable the amount of times I hurt my safe with no proper first aid is quite disgusting didn’t care about people mental health they couldn’t care less that much about employee safety if they tried they would only do it to make them selves look good0 stars If I could give . Anyways their are alot of things wrong with the place the whole factory needs tlc. safety wasn’t really their. I worked their for 6 months

Another deserved 1 star review for these jokers. Agreed upon a delivery day with them, took day off, then waited all day for their arrival, but they never showed and haven’t been in contact since. Even Auspost keeps customers informed through txt msgs and emails. No business in their right mind would jeopardise customer relations by using this mob.Update: 6 weeks later XL finally got around to delivering it! Utterly XL Useless Pty Ltd.

Was called 4 days ahead, asking me to make sure I was home a certain day for delivery. Took the day off work to ensure I was home - nothing arrived. Called today and advised the drivers van broke down" - they didn't even call to let me know.Was then told delivery made next day and driver tried to call me - I received no such call.Customer service disgusting and rude. Avoid."

If I could give 0 stars I would. Online tracking system doesn't work, I called multiple times in advance of the delivery and was continually they didn't know when my items would be delivered. Then I call again and am told that they had already tried yesterday, and that my delivery is scheduled for delivery today but they didn't know when. Only after requesting the customer service" to call the driver and ask them for an estimated time did I get any piece of useful information - I now have a 2 hour window where I have to go home from work (in the middle of the day) - lucky I live close to my job and have a flexible boss..."
