Murwillumbah Yoga Centre

I went to Kate as a complete beginner. I needed to do some yoga classes to aid my recovery after football. Kate made me feel completely comfortable in the sessions and not a beginner! I can already feel my flexibility improving and my recovery time. Would highly recommend Murwillumbah Yoga Centre!

I love Murwillumbah yoga centre. Kate has changed my life. She not only has an extensive knowledge of all things yoga but she always shows great respect and empathy to all students and will adjust asana to suit any body type or limitation . I would totally recommend any of the classes.

Just completed my first yoga class in a long long time. The class runs at a comfortable pace, the instructor Paula was attentive and understanding. Definitely recommend this yoga studio for yoga newbies!

Feeling to grateful for find Murwillumbah Yoga centre. Kate creates such a respectful and lovely space. She is so passionate about yoga and has an extensive knowledge of Iyengar yoga. Each class is different and despite having done Iyengar yoga all over Australia and overseas she still continues to surprise me with poses done in class. Highly recommend her classes, including for people with various prior injuries as she is very attentive to everyone's posture in the class, offers adjustments and props as needed to ensure done in a safe way.
