My fiancé had purchased a ring for me and the service was perfect when he was purchasing and handing the money over but as soon as paid for and the ring was sized incorrectly at no error of ours! No one in the store seemed to care I had to call every day and push for it and chase for my ring!! It was devastating and bo one apologised for anything!

I found the store in Hobart willing to search for a watch and write up details, so I can come back and buy said watch at a later date.I was also given warranty details and any questions answered.Overall I am happy with the willingness and the member of staff and how they recalled who I was and what I was waning on my return.
