Kangaroo Island Trails

It was a nice experience to travel with Nikki. Got many nice photo of wild animal during the day trip. I would like to come again with my parents in one day.

We had a great day, the weather wasn't kind to us, but we enjoyed the stops. Nikki was very knowledgeable. The bus was easy to find off the cruise ship. Ham and salad roll for lunch was nice. Good value for money and friendly and personable service, highly recommended.

Wow, what an awesome place to visit. We want to come back & see more. Delighted with our tour guide Niki who is a walking encyclopaedia of nature. Highly recommend this company who so honourably upheld our credits from pre bush fires & Covid. Thank you for this incredible experience.

My sister and I did the day tasting trail tour. We enjoyed the whole day thanks to Jasmine who told us interesting facts and the history of the island. Even when the bus got stuck Jasmine was a star.

We did the hop on and off food and wine tour with Nikki and had a great day. Would highly recommend. Had lunch at the Lavender Farm and food was excellent. Nikki made the day fun and interesting.

Luca was a fabulous driver, very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual and obliging.. The tour it’s self was a great versatile taste of the region. If you’re stuck for time, this is a fab way to tick off some great spots, with the knowledge that you can have plenty of tastings, if you like and have someone else get you back to town. Nb. Check the list and pick 2-3 of the last 5 on the list, cos the first 2 stops are compulsory.I highly recommend kangaroo island Trails. Very efficient from start to finish.

I would strongly recommend against using Kangaroo Island Trails for a tour if you are coming from a cruise ship. We were delayed by weather for several hours and then it took the ship some time to send everyone in tender boats ashore. The tour operator was aware we were delayed. We got ashore as fast as we could, but not in the first boats. When we got there the tour had already left and we, plus several others, were left behind. Several attempts to contact them by phone, text message, and email were unsuccessful. In the end, we paid for the tour and got nothing. I know the tour operator's policy was no refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the tour, but I would have thought they could have made some concession since we didn't cancel; they left before we could get there. I understand the tour operator has sunk cost and would have accepted a partial refund.
