During the terrible heatwave we had during February, a guy from this company came out charging $180 just to look at my air conditioner. He informed me that he thought it was leaking gas. When I asked him how much approximately it would cost, his reply was that it wouldn't cost much -just the cost to regas it. He informed me he couldn't come back until Wednesday in two weeks time. This I accepted, knowing how busy all air conditioning companies were. Prior to the Wednesday, I texted and requested if he could give me an approximate arrival time on the Wednesday morning. He replied that he would. When Wednesday arrived and the day was getting on, I rang him to ask when he would arrive. He replied that I hadn't gotten back to him about coming. Hello? I asked him when he could come(not until the following Wednesday) By then 3 weeks would have elapsed, and I had explained to him that having my house on the market, it didn't look good to have Open House with people sweltering. When I asked him again the approximate cost, he replied $900. I was shocked, and told him he had previously said the cost would be minimal. This he denied.I would NEVER recommend someone who was so unprofessional, taking $180 of my money, and doing NOTHING. Do not use this company! Can I give no stars, as he did nothing! And please do not negate my comments by saying I am a competitor. I am a real customer. It would appear by the number of negative reviews on this site, that there is a problem with your company. So fix it! Particularly the guy who came, and could not have cared less he took my money for nothing(and I am a widow, who can ill afford it!) He also did not give a rats whether he came back or not. So much for customer service- which is non existent!
