Mel and the team at GEM are absolute hero's! They responded immediately and had the pharmacy up and running in no time, they kept us updated throughout the job and they went above and beyond ensuring our power was reconnected with Western power outside normal hours. Friendly, fast and professional; nothing but good feedback and would recommend and use them again with any future situations

I called GEM electrical after finding them on Facebook for an emergency power outage at my place of business. The response time was amazing and Mel and the team were extremely friendly andaccommodating. Our power was back on within an hour!! Thanks guys!

I would like to state nothing but the highest praise for Mel and her team. They show all the hallmarks of a great company. Attentive and prompt with enquiries and jobs, and also supportive, our business was able to run with minimal interruption during outages. Great reasonable rates and easy invoicing as well. Mel though, was really good at helping us logistically with our Center Management, very conscious of trying to keep everyone happy safe and on schedule. I have absolutely no reservations of using her company's services or recommending them to anyone in future. Thanks again Mel.
