disgraceful service and delivery time 3 weeks is the wait time at the moment. A driver brought a delivery after 3 weeks he arrived at 7.00 am and decided to had to get out the truck to press the gate opener. Left after 1 min before I could respond to a phone call he made at the gate . I rang elgas and informed would be at least another 3 weeks before I would receive gas. Rang origin after 5 weeks had gas delivery in 3 days enough said..

Very bad service ! We ordered gas on 12/08/2022. We have been calling them every week to ask when can they do delivery. However, they kept telling us to wait another week. We called up again today and have been told to wait for another 2-3 weeks. This is unacceptable, we have no gas for cooking and hot water for almost a month now.

Ordered 2 x 45kg cylinders Monday morning at 8am and was told they would be delivered Friday.....of course no gas turned up as promised. Pretty poor form Elgas.

Terrible service delivery drivers cannot follow simple instructions. Every delivery I have had the driver has turned OFF my active bottle then I arrive home to no hot water. Even after being instructed numerous times NOT to touch any valves they still do it every time. ABSOLUTELY USELESS

Still waiting for a gas delivery since 28 July! Latest updated maybe 8 September. It’s a joke they are blaming lack of drivers or sick drivers or maybe the real reason is they don’t want to deliver to Nelson Bay!!

We ordered gas 2 weeks ago and are told that we will have to wait yet another week! This is totally unacceptable for an essential service. I have spoken to them twice and they simply don't care. I will be changing suppliers.

Very poor customer service, have been waiting over 10 weeks for a delivery, had to go to depo to collect a bottle (5 weeks ago) because they can't deliver. Customer service agent would rather you canx your account then actually fix the issues they have. Must be a reason why they can't keep driver's. Was also told they are not delivering in my area today, Funny how I pass a truck nearly every Friday now.

Only giving one star because I have to. Have been waiting a week for gas so no hotwater or gas cooking. Find out that it’s going to take another week, trying to pack up a newborn baby in the car each night to drive elsewhere to shower isn’t ideal. Also when I called them they only had 1 bottle on their order when I’ve paid for 2. If I knew they were this incompetent I wouldn’t of ordered through them at all.

Ordered 4 weeks ago. Still no bottle. Told another 2 weeks to wait. Was told only 1 week to wait 2 weeks ago. They have no drivers and no clue. Will have to drive down to depot to pick up bottle myself. Absolutely unacceptable!
