The building manager lied to us from the first day ( about the noise levels and the insects living in our carpet) dealing with this company was horrendous, constant displays of unprofessional behaviour. When we moved out they told us we had some stains we need to sort out on the carpet, before using the overpriced carpet cleaner they recommend we try cleaning the stains with soap and water, the stains came out no Problem, then the carpet cleaner did a good job, but the building manager Angela is now trying to withhold our entire bond of$2400 . This is unacceptable treatment of other people, How this girl is allowed to hold this position is beyond me. While discussing bond cleaners she told us not to use any ethnic groups, saying they wouldn't do a good job. My Chinese partner asked her what she meant by ethnic groups. She proudly declared Indian people. Recent cultural revolutions obviously had no effect on her mindset. I could go on all day about her . Just avoid the y43. Worst experience I've ever had with a professional person.

Shocking experience. Don’t do much at all for you while you’re renting and then try and claim your entire bond when you vacate as their whole goal is to get the money to keep apartments looking as if they are brand new even if they are over 4 years. Made up amounts for the most nit picking things which are fair wear and tear. Would recommend avoiding at all costs
