Took our little mate for a shower, great easy to use, i think he loved it, staff are great and friendly

Every time I go there they say they price match but then say they have to charge freight so it’s $12 on top of the compared price, staff members are constantly saying oh I will have to check with the manager,Safe to say I won’t be back and will be sticking to pet barn much better prices.

Re Grooming ServiceWe have been taking our dogs to be groomed here over the last 2 years. We have already had an incident occur regarding an accident with one of our dogs which the owner had to get involved but due to it being an accident and no ones fault we continued to go here due to convenience.Over the weekend our 2 dogs were booked in for hair cuts on collection i was then advised that it had taken 3 people to hold my dog down as she was to stressed out and didn't want to have her hair cut and were advised that she needs to be medicated with Valium for future hair cuts. She has been groomed multiple times by different people and has never had an issue. Instead of calling me to say that there was an issue and to ask what i wanted to do they waited 2 hours later on collection to say something after my dog is traumatised and hasn't been herself since. Very poor duty of care and we have decided that we will no longer be getting our dogs groomed here.Both of their hair cuts are very average and were charged additional fees for extra time...definitely not worth $195.00

Every time I buy crickets there seem to be more dead than alive.Fed my dragon thismorning from the 2 new containers of crickets purchased last night, out of 2 packs I got 6 live crickets and over 40 dead ones and the stink smells like they've been in that container for a month with no gel.The store manager Kirra called and arranged new tubs at no cost with fresh stock.Thanks Kirra, it was a pleasure speaking with you

Very nice shopping complex. I had never been there before and was impressed by the size of Petstock. Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful in every one of their stores I've ever been to.

Love this place. Only place I go to for dog food. Staff are always happy to answer questions.
