Excellent nursing agency to work for. Staff are friendly, pay is weekly and prompt. Very professional company.

Everthing is good.. i like the services they provide but some of the staffs are very rude.

Just started with YNA in the past month. Even though its early stages - I am SO happy! Flexible hours, work that doesn't leave you exhausted after 4 hours, wonderful clients with all kinds of Health needs, great pay and 24/7 support from Nurses, Allocations and bookings etc. After leaving a job that left me miserable, Thanks to YNA my mental health has improved dramatically. Payroll/allocations are incredibly friendly and always reaching out to you to see if you want some extra shifts. This has been an amazing opportunity so far, I have the chance to see all kinds of clients and gain my experience. Wow soooo unorganised. Seriously, as a nurse it’s sooo important to be organised and yet this agency is hopeless. I’ve been nursing for over 30 years and this is definetly the worst agency. Don’t waste your time.

I had conversation with one of the recruiter where I had some misunderstanding , the management handled it very well and help clear my misunderstanding and communicated very well.

Recently recruited by YNA and so far has been a great experience very supportive staff and responsive to feedback I even received a text message after my first shift on a weekend to make sure everything was OK. Looking forward to experiencing R&R opportunity

If i could score less than that i would definitely do. Such a cruel and poor service. Very poor responses, tricky and softly wastes time of others, very disrespectful and good to disappoint someone easily. I was asked to do workpro Training modules which took me to waste approx. 5 hours and what I got is recruitment process declined without any specific reason!
