I rang this company based on the reviews, left a message and no response, no return call. It's been over a month now. If they were not taking any more orders or too busy, an appropriate message on their voicemail would have been nice.

I contacted Alex when my heating konked and he was so thorough and did an excellent job. Recommended to have split system and always so good whenever we contacted him. I will recommend him to everyone around.

Alexander is a skilled technician. He was thorough and precise in his diagnosis of our 20-year-old Lennox heating/cooling system. I highly recommend him, not only for his technical skills, but for his honesty and high regard of my time. He let me know when he was on his way, and even let me know when he got stuck in traffic. Most importantly, he didn't try to sell me a new system and tried his best to repair our old system, even when our unit was in a most inconvenient and tight spot under the stairwell. In the end, we had to replace the fan motor, but it was the best solution compared to other companies who just wanted the easy way out and sell us a new unit that would have cost thousands of dollars more.

Alexander from Glacier was the 5th company to quote me for a split system A/C. He arrived on time, gave me a quote on the day and in less than a week I had the installation completed. There were no dramas between Alexander and his very competent “Sparky” Raphael and Alexander was happy to answer my many questions. The installation was on the top floor of a double storey townhouse on an internal wall. All the other companies left and never called.I would definitely use Glacier again and would recommend this company to friends. Thank you for your expertise and patience guys.

Our friends recommended Alex and we're so glad we chose to go with him. We've had our house heater serviced by another company a couple of years ago and it just wasn't performing as well as we expected. Alex was so professional from the moment we called him to check the service he offered to the follow up and invoice. Alex changed the thermocouple for our old Brivis ducted heating unit. He is the real honest, full of knowledge service person for heating and cooling system. The price quoted is so reasonable and no hidden catch.
