Took my daughter in (5years) who had tooth pains. The dental assistant was absolutely lovely, Could not fault her one bit. I then met Debbie.. Her attitude towards not only my daughter but myself was just not acceptable in my own opinion. The tone, Wording and facial expressions used while telling me I hadn’t brought my daughter in enough to a dentist was horrible (she had been in a year prior), An attempt at belittling my parenting if I had to describe it in a whole, Even my daughters dad was shocked listening to her. I asked for a copy of what the issues were and all I got was “a lot” then told we were done. I asked reception if I could have a copy (the receptionist was absolutely wonderful also) of what the issues were and was told I couldn’t and my daughter has to get put under for anything to be done and they’d send the place we pick the info.My daughter was very clearly scared as she hadn’t been to this dentist before and Debbie made no effort to even try help calm her (any other dentist we’ve been to has different strategies that have worked every time, Even just a balloon glove would have helped her) and instead had a tone that was clearly showing she just didn’t care. I’m sure for an adult she would be fine, But definitely not for children if that’s how she approaches a scared child.

Always highly professional and quality treatment from Debbie and nursing staff plus clean well presented surgery .Technicians work exempliary .Reception staff always friendly and helpful .Easy parking ..Highly recommend!

If you are needing a trip to the dentist and want a great dentist and practice, then I can not recommend Glencoe Dental Studios highly enough.The surgery is immaculate, the reception staff are kind, professional and caring and Dr Debbie Quail is fantastic, putting you at ease instantly. I took my 5 yo boy today and there were no dramas!The surgery is set up great for kids with tv, Netflix, bluetooth head phones so all the horrible noises are taken away while they watch their fave show on tv. Debbie is great with children, reassuring them the whole way through the appointment. Im petrified of the dentist too but am reassured by Debbie and her team that my experience will be ok.The surgery offers more than just fillings and exrractions! Very professional, very nice, but also very expensive. Most unfortunate because I would have kept Dr Michael as my dentist, but I cannot fathom any justifiable reason to either extract one tooth for $440 or to replace one tooth for $6k! Had to move on elsewhere.

Best experience at the Dentist I've ever had! Dr. Quail was gentle and explained exactly what was causing my tooth pain, and was able to treat it in the same appointment. Thank you, highly recommend!
