Fulcrum Suspensions Stafford

Had a booking to replace front shockies, got told over the phone “no worries we can do that bring it in”. After I took it in I got a call towards the end of the day saying I needed a full suspension upgrade for around $4800 and my front upper control arms were seized.Took it to another mechanic and he replaced the front shockies without any dramas and told me the control arms weren’t seized at all. When I asked about the rest of the suspension he said everything looked good.I got stuffed around as it’s my work ute and I was expecting them to fix it that day. They did nothing with it. Don’t try and up sell your suspension. Absolute rip off. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered some new shock absorbers and the guy was really helpful. Only problem I had was that even though website said free shipping, they charged me $27+ to get them in even though I was picking up. Would just get delivered free in future. Was in too much of a hurry to argue the point. In saying that, I am very happy with the product and would recommend to others.

The team at Fulcrum Stafford did their best to measure and find bushers for my 87' F250, while unable to fit they were lovely to deal with and I'd go back again if I had a car with a more suitable job for them!

I was given a recommendation by a work mate to go a see Chris and Marcus at Stafford Fulcrum and they would look after me. Big thumbs from me. The service was excellent and my Y61 patrol looks great with its new 2 inch lift. Both Chris and Marcus are genuine nice blokes and easy to talk to. They didn’t try to up sell me and gave me a good deal. I am very happy with the job and will be going back to see them for my next upgrade. I highly recommend them. Big thanks again.

FULCRUM STAFFORD Awesome service and work, Chris and the guys went above and beyond to sort my full suspension upgrade with h/duty rear end. Extremely happy as alwaysMoved to Ipswich so initially took it to Fulcrum IPSWICH, stuffed round from initial check over, rubbish service and generally useless.Ipswich Pedders pretty much the same.I will gladly drive from Southside to see the guys at STAFFORD anytime I require help in the future and will be my only recommendation for suspension specialist

Fitted new shocks and 2”lift. Great service and very happy with outcome.Wasn’t so happy that I had to pay 2 weeks up front and couldn’t get invoice until after work was done though…

I won't be back. Booked and paid online a week in advance. Get a phone confirmation saying booking is good to go. Show up. No booking made. Endless excuses. 3 days later and the job is finally done. Go to collect. They can't give me a receipt for the work done. Told they'll be in contact. I won't hold my breath. Was like an episode of Faulty Towers. The work itself seems okay. Wasn't happy that I had to pay an extra two hours labour to cut out camber bolts that had to be removed as part of the job anyway. Would have also expected them to centre the steering wheel if they did an alignment. Who knows though? Didn't get an alignment spec printout either, unlike every other alignment place I have dealt with over 25+ years. Lesson 101 of How to gain and lose a customer in one dealing.
