El Toro Smash Repair Centre

Terrible. Do not waste your time going here. I had to take my car here as I am with NRMA. Door and front wheel arch panel needed replacing due to a crash. Comnunication around pick up day was terrible (was told to be there on a certain day and no need to ring on the day - I phone once I returned my rental car to say I was 20 min away only to be informed they'd need it a few days more so I was left with no car). When I did pick it up it was scratched in 5 to 6 different places and i ended up having to take it back a second time to have an entirely different panel re painted due to a deep scratch done at their garage. A week after I picked it up the second time some of the repair fell apart. Fast forward 6 months and my door wouldn't even close properly and is out of alignment. Have now taken it to a different repairer to finally be fixed properly. Do not go here. Scott is the only good thing about this place but the work was very poor.

This is my second time having my car repaired at El Toro and both times the staff have been exceptional and have looked after my vehicle very well. I was very impressed with the turn around time. Could not recommend them enough.

We had our car repaired by El Toro smash repairs few weeks ago they were very professional and did an amazing job. I received messages at each stage of the repairs. Car was completed on the day I was informed it would be done. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends.

This was not my first experience with El Toro and they have been nothing but accomodating to my requests. Had my car repaired at El Toro who were recommended to me by NRMA and got my car back looking brand new. They got me a new bumper, bonnet, front right guard, headlight and replaced the radiator which was bent back from my accident and also repaired the rest of the damage behind the front bumper. They even washed, cleaned the inside of my car and topped up the pink fluid (I'm pretty sure it's the coolant). The car drives really well again and overall they did a top job and I couldn't be happier.
