Been a customer for over a year now and they have consistently done an amazing job on my nails. I used to get SNS but after they recommended Gel nails. I am now hooked on the light, yet sturdy look and feel of the nails. They last about four weeks and have helped my natural nails grow underneath. I get a layer of shellac on top to offer different colours and designs. Loving the natural French manicure look at the moment. The team are lovely and always do a careful and good quality job. Thanks Rainbow nails, and glad I found such a great business close to home. :D

So, I have been here many times and to be honest it’s the worst - they are rude, obnoxious with getting you in to sit down and always they rush the service.I ask for a manicure with chrome tips and he said no. Then I had 3 different people do my nails, no one spoke to me. All quickly rushing, doing not even good job or care.Then I got chrome all over and all I can say it’s the same if I did it at home.I shouldn’t have to write a review but I’m tired of being charged for a nail service which isn’t even good.My nails look gross -The manicure includes a massage - that was 1 minute not even and I said can I wash my hands first because they feel dirty and he said “mine too, mine dirty too” ew!!!!! So I recieved massage with dirty hands and the feeling of grit.I will never go back to this place. No clean - no care …. In and out - you are just money to these people.

My sister received excellent service from Lily. She gave a great result and was lovely to talk to. She was patient and gave great suggestion of the colour after checking her lifestyle. Would highly recommend her to others

This place is definitely too hit and miss now, having used them a handful of times. Paid extra tonight for a “special” colour and the girl was so slap happy, over-filed my nails and mismatched shaping, and the finished colour has thicker areas on some nails that just look wrong. Would not recommend any more

I had a really lovely experience here today! While I was waiting for a lady to start my pedicure, one lady got started on my manicure and another have me a lovely, long foot massage! Everyone was really friendly and my colours came out beautifully!

This rainbow nails is the WORST customer service I ever had . Staffs are very rude not very helpful raising voice on me I’m trying to do my payment for my nail done using Westfield card and I tried to understand that they don’t know how to check the balance from both ends. But raising a tone on the customer is a VERY rude and not acceptable behaviour. I was in tears when I left and try to stay calm and still polite and thank them . But no one give me a courtesy to acknowledge my good gesture . That is a very rude of them . I will never go back to that NAIL SALON ever again. I thought before my sister said once that they are rude and her mail got infected I didn’t listen now it happened to me and this is the end of the string. Enough !

Absolutely disgusting service. It was rushed & not a pamper at all. 4 days after my gel is lifting & peeling off. The massage was non existent & the whole service was done in 25 mins. Biggest waste of money. I now need to go somewhere else to pay more money to get my toenails fixed.

Used this place for the first time today. It started off pretty good, I was served immediately and I didn’t have to wait for anything which was great. She started taking the colour off and everything was fine. I did notice that she would go too close to my cuticle a few times and sting me with the machine which was pretty sore but I can get past it. The manicure overall was rushed, the application of colour is uneven and there’s dirt stuck under the polish which makes bumps on the nail which don’t look great. After she finished she said thanks and walked off, didn’t tell me to wash my hands or anything so I walked out the store with nail dust all over my hands (I could have probably just washed my hands at the sink but it was my first time here and I didn’t want to overstep I guess). If that weren’t enough, there was nail polish all over my fingers and around my nails that I had to remove myself as she didn’t bother to offer to remove it. There was even nail polish on the back of my fingers and the palms of my hands.There’s some potential but the overall feeling experience I had here was rushed and sloppy. They didn’t really seem like they care what your nails look like after they are done but expect payment all the same. Prices are pretty low in comparison to other places so you get what you pay for I guess?Overall, the job itself doesn’t look awful but I don’t think I’ll be back, I would rather spend more and get a better job.
