Felt more cared for here than a private clinic. The student who looked after me was caring and very thorough, he went over each tooth and did me a full plan. A private dentist is more rushed and not as caring. Would highly recommend JCU student dentists.

Students, and their supervisors, do an excellent job. I have been a happy client for a few years. Before they get me as a patient, the students have had many hours of practice and would not have advanced unless they were ready.

Myself & my Partner visited JCU Dental Clinic for the first time on Wednesday 21/08/19 & both very impressed with the professionalism from all dental students & friendly reception staff. The dental clinic interior is very modern & spotless & we are looking forward to our next appointments.

I've been going to JCU dental since 2019 after recommendation from a friend. Always have a very good experience with enthusiastic caring students. they are well supervised by senior staff. Much better experience than a few Cairns dentists. The booking system can be a difficult at times but not the fault of receptionists who I have always found efficient and friendly.

We have being patients there for about 18 months. My Dentist, Dragana, was absolutely brilliant. She did great job with my teeth. I do find, depending on who serves you, that the reception staff can be quite abrupt

Had a beautiful girl named Bianca as my dentist and I can’t speak highly enough of her, professional, friendly, explained everything in detail. I’ve seen her twice now and happy with both visits. She will make a fabulous dentist....good luck Bianca. Anne

Great service provided by all at the JCU dental clinic. Rayan my student dentist was fantastic, very knowledgeable, courteous and will make a fine Dr in the years to come.

I can't believe how rude the reception staff were here!? Very disappointed. And just a general check up took 3 hours!? Overall a terrible experience. The dentists on Sheridan St provide a much better and friendly service for free with concession. I recommend go there instead

While the student was brilliant if a little nervous, the staff at the reception have had us around the bend with their lack of communication and giving information that wasn't accurate, which as you can imagine has caused a number of inconvenience. I can understand that they are quite busy but I would imagine you would have staff trained and procedures put in place to avoid these things.

Went for a clean & check Friday from Innisfail. Totally amazed @ the setup & service. A brilliant training system. Left with a tooth repair, clean & a very happy outlook. Thank you sincerely everyone. Richard
