This place is filthy. Brushes are worn out and need replacing. The separators are too low and you get squirted from the person washing the car next door

The wash bay took my money ($20 paid with card) no water came out, and yet people used other bays without issue. No attendant onsite no phone number to call. Spoke to head office reseller, no help given.What are you supposed to do when there is no avenue to discuss it with anyone? Do we just stare at the security camera, and point at our phone?

Two topics covered here....1) Damage to my vehicle's due to metal coupling installed on overhead hose line....2) Response to numerous customers reviews who have reported paying for the auto-wash without getting a wash cycle. ....because the owner doesn't seem to give a s+*t and hasn't responded to these complaints....1. A hose repair was done on the northern most wash bay and some idiot installed a metal hose joiner on the overhead hose at the perfect height so it hits a car at the roof gutter line. This has saved both my Chevy truck and my Porsche denting the roof and scratching paint on both.Not a happy person and will be chasing up the owner to discuss compensation but mostly to make him aware it's needs to be fixed properly!2. If you make payment at the auto-wash terminal and no wash is executed, check the control box mounted to the auto-wash structure on the right hand side behind the terminal where you pay and you may find it showing a fault. You'll have to get out of your car to check this. If a fault is shown, Navigate through the menu's and press OK to clear faults and you should be able to restart the wash cycle. The fault is an issue with the PLC and this control panel is where the fault can be bypassed. I can't remember the exact steps but I'm no genius and I worked it out pretty quickly and saved my paid wash.Worst case you break it; the system needs fixing anyway!

Better than other car washes. Has more wash ootions with better pricing.Blower dryer is also lower than other car washes and dries the car better.Worth the visit

Just paid for a premium car wash and half the bird droppings and bugs on my car are still there. Should’ve just paid $10 with the hi pressure wash at OTR

I have been to this wash a few times and generally quite good. Last night I took our dog up for a wash and both the conditioner and flea fluid must have been empty. After selecting both options the hose just ran hot water. No support on site and no number to call to let them know. Not sure I would go back after that

We stayed at Campbelltown recently while visiting from Victoria. Decided to have our car washed on the first day and absolutely loved the laser wash. Spotless and loved the drying feature. It was so worth the money. We had a laser wash again before leaving SA. Wish we had this type in our area. Well done.

Although the premium wash made the car look nice and shiny, it certainly wasnt Clean and for $22 it was a disappointment that i had to go elsewhere to make sure it was properly cleaned.
