Was a tenant for 12 months with waterline as the managing agent. Sam was lovely and always professional and any issues always notified the landlords who got problems fixed quickly and without fuss. Christine was fantastic with the admin and made getting our bond back super seamless. As a tenant they were fantastic, and for a landlord they did routines on time and reported any issues.

One time I had a very difficult tenant to deal with refusing to evacuate many months even after contract ended, Christine showed me a great example that how an agent can resolve such a conflict in a very professional manner caring both parties, it was a truly impressive experience. Also they sold an investment property of mine last year. It was sold less than 24 hours and I was very happy with the price as well.
