My partner bought a rather pricey watch that he needed to return as it was an unwanted gift. He rang the store to ensure he could return the watch even though he had purchased it at a different store.The attendant was extremely unhelpful and advised him that no one in the store could process a return until the manger returned on a different day.Excuse me? What an absolute joke.

Walked in wanting to spend $1000 on a present. Team member made eye contact but then proceeded to serve the Female customer coming in after me. I had stop at the location of the item i wanted to purchase but no approach. I was the only person in there with 3 staff. Left and lodge a complaint and no reply. Went to Baldivis to Purchase. Would never go back to Rockingham.

I purchased a 10c gold chain about 6 months ago. I wore the chain for a month and the o-ring broke while I was out. I wasn’t made aware the jeweler was located out of state. It took 3 weeks to get it back. Then a month after that the link broke. Another 3 week turnaround. Then the staff member wouldn’t accept my photo id saved to my mobile after she gave me a heap of excuses and literally took a look at my id and gave it straight back. Was rude and unprofessional. After paying a heap for a gold chain I hope I don’t have to go back a third time. Not good enough!

Had problems with a bracelet that I had brought for my wife. Josh and the team did a fantastic job of sorting it out. The service was prompt and we are both extremely happy with the outcome. They will have all my future business and I will be recommending this store to friends and family. Thanks :)

Good service. Nice spot. But charged full price for items and then announced it's Black Friday sale next week. Come back for a discount! Happy with what I got.

Not impressed, bought wedding ring got sized by two different people one month later I am in the hospital getting it cut of my finger along with my engagement ring as it was cutting into my finger and I could not be removed. Went into Michael Hill spoke to the manager didn't like her attitude then she was having abit of a laugh about it with another colleague when I was clearly upset about the whole situation.
