Terrible chemist. Very unprofessional service from Ruolin. Avoid. Been a customer for years and never again. Spend your money elsewhere, not with this terrible professional.

Worst customer service ever and poor range of products and employees have absolutely no knowledge of any products.

The pharmacy staff are the rudest, most inconsiderate staff I have come across. I called to ask whether they certify documents and whether they had specific hours or days that they certify. I was informed that they did not and any time was fine but was asked if I could come in immediately because they were not busy but could be busy later. I explained that I am calling to make this process easy for both parties since Iam a mother oy young twins and needed to be back home as soon as possible. I further enquired about an appripriate time the next day, but again got the run around.The lady was not interested and regardless of the time I came in, reading between the lines, I was never going to be served, if there was any other customer waiting, regardless how fast the one document I had, was going to take. I came in about 40 minutes later, when one other customer was already waiting. Another customer came in next and I was quickly told to come back later maybe an hour later, with again no guarantee that I may not have to wait for hours. This kind of service shows the complete disregard this pharmacy has for people, since I am also a regular paying cutomer, who will now choose to spend my money elsewhere. You have lost me as a customer and with this kind of service I'm sure you don't care. It is such a shame Terry White was bought out by these money driven, no service types of pharmacies, since they knew how to treat a customer with respect and commom decency

I regular go to Chemist Warehouse Swan st on my lunch break. The manager there is always so nice and acknowledges me and makes me feel welcome. She is always quick to see if we have everything we need and if its out of stock checks to see when its coming in next.The new location is great too, much more room.

Probably the worst service of any Chemist Warehouse. Only person in line waiting for a pharmacist... 3 minutes standing there, looked at twice in the eye, then finally asked if i needed any help.Went to counter, waited over 10 minutes. Only one standing there, person behind counter fixated on box of product and putting on shop stickers. Whilst waiting they answered the phone even though i was there for over 3 minutes. Shocking!And no, I'm not a Karen.

I accidentally bought an anti-aging cream in the incorrect age range on 10 May and wanted to get it exchanged (not opened with seal etc intact). The lady on duty at the counter on 19 May evening point blank refused to do it because it was bought a week ago. Took the same product today to the Chemist on Bourke and got it exchanged, no questions asked (after checking that the product hasn’t been tampered with).Have been sold an expired eye drop on one occasion before.Will not be going to the Swan branch again.

Great store with fast friendly service. I have been a regular customer of this store since 2015, and received nothing less but excellent service.

Went in to buy some non-prescription medication. I was surprised when I found it on the shelf because the price tag was significantly more than what I had seen it advertised for online. When I tried to ask the guy behind the counter about the price, he rudely interrupted me and gave me some bulldust story about it being last Thursday's price." I even showed him the item being advertised on the website on my phone

the lady at the front made my day we had a moment bonding over a skincare brand and then she offered me some free samples which was so lovely. It’s small things like a friendly smile and a kind gesture that really make a difference at the moment in times like this
