LJ Hooker Southern Residential WA - Shelley Branch

We were very new to Australia having migrated from the UK and approached LJ Hooker Shelley with a view to renting a property in Bull Creek. This was our first experience of renting and real estate and were unsure what to expect.We could not have been treated any better. We were allocated our own property manager. Joanne Adams (Rowe) was amazing. She answered every email or phone enquiry we sent without fail. Every problem that we had with the rental property was dealt with swiftly. I could not praise her enough. She is a credit to LJH and we missed her terribly when she moved office's.We will be continuing to rent for the next 2 years and hope to deal with Joanne and LJ Hooker again in the future.

We are finding LJ Hooker great to rent through. We have a good relationship with our property manager, Davina. She is friendly and professional and always responds to our emails and enquiries promptly.

We had an enjoyable 18 months stay at our rental property – superb location. Both the Landlord and LJ Hooker's Property Manager were prompt, pleasant and reasonable in attending to any maintenance work needed while we were living at the property. We would have loved to stay on if we didn’t already buy our own place.
