We have previously ordered from TFD many times and their selection was always amazing. The last time, when we haven’t made the pre-order and needed a last minute bouquet at the shop, the bouquet prepared was very dry with a very conflicting flower selection. I get that it was our fault of not preordering but charging 100 dollars for a sad bouquet with a dry and grey hydrangea in the middle was bit off. Lesson learned for future orders.

We used The Floral Decorator for an awards ceremony we hosted at The Fullerton Hotel in Sydney CBD. The flowers looked incredible – so beautiful and exactly what we had asked for in the brief. Kelly was great communicating in the run-up to the day, and Catherine set up seamlessly. Highly recommended.

A+ seamless experience! A family member ordered a bouquet online to be delivered to friends. They promptly delivered the next morning, but also called beforehand to make sure they were home to receive the bouquet. We were sent a photo of the bouquet, oh my it was stunning, I kind of wish someone would send me one!

The flowers are no doubt very lovely from this shop and the girls who work there are kind and helpful.It’s a shame the (perceived) owner is as rude as she is to customers. I came to pick up flowers for a friend on Valentine’s Day who couldn’t get out of work in time to get them. There was some mix up with timings and confirmations and pick up times, which happens. I left, I came back, whatever. The girl who helped me out was lovely and explained the mix up. But it was unnecessary for the owner to chime in aggressively pushing the blame on me (I literally was there to pick up an order that wasn’t mine, trying to help out a friend). I get Valentine’s Day is an extremely busy time for florists but there is no need to take your stress out on customers. Accidents happen, mixups happen… why the blame game?

I have been with the Floral Decorator for 10 years now. They are so friendly, always ask us what we need and provide vivid, seasonal and gorgeous bouquets. I know they never closed during the pandemic time, and cannot thank enough for that as they saved our devastating lockdown time by having their colorful flowers in our house. This is the florist to visit if you are Sydney Metro area (they deliver flower too!)
