Mark was one of the most professional tradesmen I have ever dealt with.He spent at least 1.5 hours just to check the site and design a solution.(This is already streets ahead of several other companies that didn't even bother to turn up !!.Here's a hint guys : don't bother with expensive advertising etc. Save some money !!!)We obviously went with Mark and he was at our place every day right on time, rain or shine.He involved us in every aspect of the work and every decision to be made.I had to force him stop at times to have a coffee and a break.He is a perfectionist to the extreme.The end result is absolutely all we could ask for and more.I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone looking to install or repair or improve a pool fence.All in all 5 stars all round
