They got everything computer, and I got all the advice I needed.

Tried buy through Amazon marketplace but they just cancelled the order. Still no refund. Stay away. You been warned.

After many purchases for at least 5-6 years, I decided to close their business door for me when they tried to charge extra while purchasing MS office pro, when my client asked to supply, they said you're not re-seller. I sent many clients to buy product directly from them when I am providing service. I used to go there when David is there and he is very good but every time when he is not there, its always annoying experience. Few years back I took one of my boss, John, who has IT business, at least 100 people working for him, no one pay any attention to talk, he left with no interest at all. If I have money, I can get products from anywhere. So I am not going there anymore. I appreciate David's help and want keep the relation with him but not with K.S. anymore. I have two businesses and my businesses are running well without K.S. computer.

Completely awful service via a purchase on eBay. An absolute lack of communication from the seller. Don't bother.

I called the store to ask for prices on a dozen products, setup an account and organise my own delivery service. Spoke to Kim the service anyalist there, she was a joy to talk to.. friendly and very patient answering all my queries and even emailing everything i needed. Great customer service and very knowledgable on their product line. To my surprise I even received a call from the store manager the next day asking if I anything else done. I recommend K.S Computer Technology to everyone who needs low prices on Computer parts especially people new to IT. They will help find what you need.Rate 5+ Stars. Highly Recommend
