Had terrible customer service after I had been trying to get in contact for over a week. Danielle said she had tried to call me a few times when in reality I only had one missed call and it was me having to do the chasing. I had a faulty pair of extensions which they practically blamed on me, when in the past I've never had extensions matte and go dry on me. Absolute waste of money.

Highly recommend Platinum Lockz. Danielle and the team provide expectational customer service and I cant recommend them enough. The quality of hair they use is of extreme high quality. I have been using extensions for 12 years and I have never had quality hair as good as the ones from Platinum lockz. The hair is super thick and luscious, front the top of the hair all the way to the bottom ends it is smooth and soft. thanks to Danielle and the team for the amazing experiences I have had with you and your hair extensions.

I have ordered from Platinum Lockz for around 2 years now, for personal use and for clients in my salon. I'm sorry that it has even taken this long to write a review! I'm just watching tv and started playing with the tapes in my hair and realised... they have been in for almost 8 weeks (time for a refit) and the tapes are not budging. I have blow waves every 4 days so they are continuously being pulled on. I am SO impressed with the strength of tape hair extensions from platinum lockz. The quality of hair, tapes, customer service, postage, everything! I would highly recommend this company.
