I was enticed by HJ's new breaky ads on TV. I got a takeaway and it was terrible. The hash brown looked and tasted like it was a week old. The sausage muffin looked ok but it was not nice and I couldnt even eat it.

The Manager Zack who has all the manners of an ape seems to think this is appealing and argued that there was no cheese on the bun it was all on the burger! The cheese you see is what I managed to scrape off the bun!! Looks yummy doesnt it!!

Food was okay, service was pretty bad though. Feel for the staff there as they seem run off their feet, I guess the level of service reflects this.

Literally one of the worst HJs in Cairns, it was disgusting in there like it hadn't been cleaned or any food cleared from tables in ages. Food especially sides taste like they've been sitting there for hours?

Everytime I goto westcourt HJ you never get my order correct it'll also 8/10 times comes out cold and I've always gotta worry if I open up my burger it'll fall apart

Burgers an often dry, keep getting pushed to buy extra, which they can not supply, eg got charged extra for onion rings in stead of fires, but still gave fires not onion ring, not sure why they Offer what they can not supply. Iced coffee with syrup, sugar pearls and cream. Got to counter to find Hungry Jacks could not supply any of the extras that had been paid for, felt guilty but ask if they had gotten the order wrong. Yea sorry ran out of those, with zero care factor. It may have only been a few dollars in value lost but when you think about the number of people coming through the door each day it quite aggravating. It could be a better place with a bit of care factor, double checking orders and not standing around having small talk with each other, like you’re at the hairdresser while you hold the customers order.
