One of our friends introduced United Homes Australia to us. They completed a Single Storey for us and they did an excellent job. My Entire Family is very impressed with the quality of work. Both Sales and Admin staff are very professional in their working. We never had an argument or disagreement during the whole process. I have to thank their Construction supervisor and onsite staff for being super polite and very efficient. They were flexible with the last moment changes we did in the construction. I will consider United Homes Australia 1st for any of my future projects. Thank you so much

Worst builders even they only know how to take money. After signing the contract they forgot about their values.

Very bad after sale maintenance support. Lot of outstanding issues reported but not attended yet. Every time I call the manager Mr. Vickram he promised to send his guys but never send one yet.

Extremely unprofessional as well as ungrateful builder across Melbourne, As my personal experience if you want to build house with these people Foremost get ready for very very lengthy delays. Before finalising contract they will offer you one fix site cost and after few months horrible experience begins, they will start making excuses and will try to extort more money from you by sending new tax invoices which result in halt of construction unless you pay them. On other hand it is next to impossible to get hold of these people as there communication skills is as worse as you can imagine. They don’t bother to answer or call you back. I would humbly request everyone to stay off these dodgy and greedy business people.

They charged us $2000 for a quote and then simply disappeared. We made several phone calls, emails and were told that the person (Anuj) who was interacting with us is on leave. All these positive reviews are fake and they simply are not capable of professionally dealing with clients. Stay away.

Purely unprofessional, not at all responsiveHave signed the contract since beginning of 2021 and there is no signs of slab even.when you try to contact them they will not respond to your emails or phone calls. Other customers have already given negative comments which is absolutely true.When i told Anuj about that before signing the contract he said ( tali do hath se bajti hai)Bhailog(united homes) aap log toh hath hi aage nahi karte. Customers ko latka ke rakhte ho after taking 5% deposit.My supervisor has been assingned but he is not even responding to phone calls.Don’t build with these guys otherwise you will be thrown from one table to other table and your house will get delayedBetter to give 50k more to professional builder and get the job done in time and quality work.Anuj if you have guts then answer my calls

A big thank you to Anuj Shah who provided us the best service from starting to the end of process.It was a very smooth process as compared to our previous builder experience. Our house was handed over in 4 month and 20 days in clyde which was way beyond our expectation.Regarding the quality , we reckon they got the best in town. Please never build any house with these people. They constructed my house 3 years back and I had worst experience with these people. Trusting these people was the biggest mistake of my life.There were many issues reported after the handover and a detailed inspection report was sent to Vikram with all the defects which they never fixed till today. Just within the first year after the construction I noticed a small crack on our kitchen slab which has now become so big. The things have still not fixed till date. They will only talk to you until you sign the contract. Once you are in their trap , it will be almost impossible to get any reply from them.If you raise any issue with them then they will try to threaten you with the breach of contract or taking legal action against you.These people have caused so much of stress to me.The most pathetic and unprofessional builder of Melbourne. You will loose all your money. Please never trust them for your dream home.

Very good value custom builder in Melbourne.Except few delays the house handed over is spectacular and on point.
