I needed coat toggles replaced on a muched love winter jacket. What was done was far superior than originally provided. I was so chuffed that we found the skill set needed in Tamworth. In Sydney its so difficult to find this!

Surpassed expectations - I took a pair of shoes in that I had been loved to death. It was more like a recreation job than a repair job and I thought it might not be possible. The team were very understanding, helpful and did a wonderful job of returning my sandals with holes in them and water damage back to their former glory! Plus they do key cutting and engraving and sell a range of shoe laces and shoe care products, gifts and fur rugs. Don’t go past these guys!

Took a motorcycle jacket here to be amended to fit me correctly. Not an easy job due to the style of the jacket. Joe took the time to think of ways around the difficulties, checked with me, remeasured and delivered a comfortable form fitting jacket.

Love the little Trinkets in the windows.. they sell some items as well as doing repairs..so you should check them out.. been told the service is fantastic and not choose anyone else to do your repairs..fast happy service thats for sure

Outstanding repair and service. They were able to repair the soles of my work shoes in a short time without notice. Nawal sent me a lovely text to remind me to pick them up before I left town which was much appreciated. No more throwing out expensive shoes!

Recently had a really good experience with Plaza Shoe Repair. I dropped off a wallet to get the zipper fixed while visiting family in town, but had to leave Tamworth sooner than expected. Contacted them via Facebook, they were really responsive and arranged to post it to me in Brisbane. Just received it yesterday and the wallet is good as new :)

Best service in town! The owners of this place are so helpful, honest and kind. Always up for a cheery chat, and extremely knowledge about all types of repairs. I have taken shoes with all sorts of breaks and they have never failed me. Prices are very decent too. Large range of gifts, engravable items and shoe accessories. Also stock floor rugs, watch bands and every colour of shoe polish you couod ever want. If you need a fast turn around on a repair, they are very accommodating. Great service and cannot recommend enough.
