I want to mention about one security guard at rundle mall shopping centre adelaide. It was closing time of mall. But customers from one store were leaving. They mistakenly were going towards main entrance as they were unaware about it. Security guard was so angry and using abusive words. I think as a security guard, a person should be helpful and respectful towards customers. I can understand it was busiest day but disrespectful behaviour is not acceptable.

I had spoken to 1 at Rundle Mall, he was rude. While I was speaking, he cut in and when I was telling him what the problem was, he looked at someone that was near us and smirked as if he didn't care and then denied it

One of security staff forced a woman to show personal medical record's to enter a building. Have talked to woman and have organised legal advise. Lucky I recorded the incident. Forcing someone to show personal medical details is against federal law.

One of their employees in a car with registration ending in 'BZV' tried to run me over on Gouger st at 12:33pm. He literally reversed out of his parking spot and accelerated over the speed limit to target me.Seems this company has a problem with women, as the previous review implied.

Watched 10 security guards surround a woman with mental health issues for jumping the barrier at Adelaide station. She had the money to buy a ticket but didn't know how because she was from interstate and had a limited cognitive capacity. Rather than de-escalating the situation and helping her, they tried to deny her a ride based on the fact that she wore at them, this only agitated her more. Shortly after one of the 10 guards swore at me and called her a meth-head. Foul.

I don’t know about interstate but Wilson Security in Adelaide are an absolute joke.This is not an exaggeration they are pathetic.The management is a bloody joke and most of them are related.The reason they have so many contracts is because they are so cheap.That’s why the quality of service is a joke.Don’t trust the management they are evil little people that actually think they are important.Not good people and karma will bite them in the bottom one day.Good luck you back yarders.
