Jenny was sensational today, she had the patience where others have failed,and she nailed it for me. She undertook calls to senior staff, backups, restarts. software re flash which all took time but finally the phone was good and I go away a very happy customer.

Handed my Phone to the Werribee store for them to send off to fix a cracked screen. Was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours. Here I am.... 6 days later still waiting..... they even tried to call me 4 days ago stating I needed my back screen fixed. Nice try. You were advised to email me. Not call me. As you have my phone..... And my email address was written down incorrectly even though the paperwork taken from me had my correct email address on my phone contract. Samsung makes me want to get an iphone. Very dissatisfied customer.

Poorly set up. I had an appointment and lined up at roped area. Multiple people just jumped ahead and staff made little effort to identify who was first. Also why bother making appointment if it's just every man for himself. Was hoping to repair my granddaughter's device with Samsung but price was ridiculous and they don't offer afterpay on repairs. Really unfortunate.

I was served by a lovely lady named Rosie. She was extremely kind as I had a problem with my S6. She was very approachable as they were closing, she still took the time to assist me with my problem. She fixed my charging sockèt and I left with my phone working. I will definitely be back to purchase a new phone .

Attentive customer service, friendly staff, ive been served twice by Jenny and both occasions helpful. Didnt know you had to book in a repair appointment as jenny kindly advised this and still took my repair job in. Quick turnaround for a s9p screen repair, dropped off in the morning although was advised it takes up to 2 days, was ready at 4.30pm same day.

Rosie was fantastic helping me set up my new Note 9. The way service should be, not just selling me a phone and figuring it out myself. Everything was set up and explained so I can use it straight away. Very helpful and friendly staff here and a wonderful phone too.

Sorry to say i had bad experience with Werribee Samsung staff. I am Samsung customer past 10 years. Never had any issues with Samsung device and Samsung customer service.I sent my phone for repair through Samsung Werribee. They repair within 3 days which one is good. I really appreciate for that.But during repair they scratched phone screen guard very badly. Which one i put just week ago before repair. It was cost me $30.When i picked up my phone from Werribee i noticed the screen scratched. I had chat with staff about the scratches. They said we can't do anything about it. We are not responsible for these scratches.

I always come around and have interaction with the sales staff and they have always been very helpful and I love to deal with them. They always try to help and let me make a well informed decision on Samsung equipment as it is a very expensive decision at times. I can recommend them and I always find it a very popular destination for tech hunters as Samsung is the world's leading brand. They carry stock and can help the customer in need of upgrading their handsets, tablets, wearables etc.
