Patiently waited to be served. Took a long time to put the persons order in front of me through. All I wanted to know was where to look for d.I.y.Was pointed over to some lights . Finally someone came from out back. I was looking in the wrong area.I said the service was non existent. He didn’t answer me. I asked if they had after pay, he said not sure, think zip pay.Had to Google it. Went to the front desk to order, told him yep you’ve got Afterpay . He said yeah that has nothing to do with us cause it’s on eftpos. …Mhm… ok.Seemed very disinterested to serve me.Prices were high but Bunnings had run out of a lot of stock so Beacon wasn’t my first choice. Won’t be next time either.Big companies couldn’t give a hoot anyway. I’m sure this won’t even register in their radar.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great range of products

The customer service was terrible at Noarlunga. My wife and I looked around for 15-20min and no staff member approached us at all to help. There was 3 staff members happy to just chat to themselves at the counter. Guess we will try another shop.
