Preen is an awesome salon and Ngari is just amazing , she absolutely saved my hair! My hair was brittle blonde and had many different bands of colour from my DIY home bleaching. Ngari completely fixed my hair colour in one session and it has not felt this soft and luscious in years! Highly recommend*****

I needed my hair styled into braids for a dance competition and was booked in with Ngari. She did a fantastic job and was so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Ngari if you need your hair braided!

I was recommended this place by a very dear friend. I have been coming for cut and colour here for a year now and think the service is excellent. Ngari is fantastic, she understands my needs and does a wonderful job. I would recommend Preen to everyone.

Ngari is without a doubt one of the best hairdressers in Melbourne. Her attention to detail is second to none and she always goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients love their hair before they walk out. She always makes you feel comfortable and talks through the process so that you get a relaxing and stress-free experience. Mel and Chris are excellent as well! Fantastic salon. It's not hard to see why Preen has such a great reputation. Thank you team!

A few months ago I visited Melbourne and booked in at this Salon to get express curls. They were able to fit me in despite such a last minute appointment and hairdresser, Ngari, did the most INCREDIBLE AND STUNNING JOB. I haven't yet found any other hairdresser that could replicate the work she done. Absolute 5 star salon. Clean, friendly and all staff were super nice and helpful. Most definitely will be coming back here to get styled when I visit MLB again! Thankyou Ngari !!!!!

On the day of my wedding I asked for my clip in hair extensions to be put in and curled.Chris teased my hair to the point of damage. He then curled really tightly. My hair looked like a pyramid. So tacky.I asked him to please fix them, Chris responded the curls would drop eventually and my wedding dress should distract from the hair. He then said we were out of time.His co-worker who is an absolute angel, but who's name I didn't catch. Came in and fixed it. I'm so grateful to her, Chris shouldn't be allowed within a foot of hair.

I could not have been a worse client, arrived very late, and asked for something complicated on difficult fine hair, but the staff were gracious, understanding, professional and flexible. The style was streetwear fabulous with modern French chic, in an impressive 15 minutes. Fabulous experience!
