Amazing gym. Love every session. Simona was a legend trainer helping me get restarted into training. The other trainers are tops too. If you want to get strong and fit then head here. Easier to be motivated in a group setting.

When I went to fitstop i could immediately tell the vibe was good. The first person I met was Luke and he was very welcoming. He was interested in understanding my needs, showed me the gym area and facilities, introduced me to key staff and got me thinking about my long-term fitness goals.The staff are friendly, helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. Providing me with many alternative movement exercises due to a work injury.Fitstop provides an environment with a healthy safe mindset, full of passion and care.The values I've experienced at fitstop means more to me than a gym membership anywhere else.
