Was interested in applying for a support worker position. I would be a massive asset! Found out that it was with flourish which is an instant deal breaker. It was once a good organisation under the name RichmondPRA became an organisation run into the ground thanks to Flourish. What organisation would get rid of 20 odd level 5 employees with excellent client repore? Where has the professional repore gone? They should take more interest in their ability to be more professional and respectful toward clients.
