We took one look and turned around and left. Booking.com calls me a Genius but I must be a dunce to have fallen for this one. The guy did offer another room but we didn't look at it. The rooms were very basic and smelled of sewerage. The derro hanging about out the back seemed like a good bloke.

I stayed here for 2 nights in March 2021. The room I had was upstairs and was very clean and comfortable. I was happy with all the facilities and the customer service by the staff. They were very helpful and friendly.I highly recommend this motel for anyone on a tight budget. It had everything I needed for my time in Brisbane without the expensive price tag of other city accommodations. I would be pleased to stay here again next time I visit Brisbane. Thanks very much.

I was not happy with the cleanliness of the unit I stayed in the tiles in the bathroom and the floor were dirty. We had a unit in the back which had little traffic noise which was good but the BBQ area had lights everywhere blazing till 11pm at night which after a long day traveling was really annoying. Would not recommend this accommodation unless I was attending the PA Hospital.

The bed was so bad we didn’t stay the second night we had paid for and drove home instead. The worst bed we have ever slept on. Bathroom was quite unclean. Definitely avoid!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely discusting! Dirt, marks and hair everywhere, in drawers, on the floor, in the fridge! LITERALLY EVERYWHERE! Doesn't look like the floors have been swept in a long time! Only good thing about the place was the convenience of it being so close to the PA hospital. Beds are super uncomfortable, even if you had a good back i guarantee you will wake up sore!

It was a horrible place to stay, and a terrible risk for my mother who was a hospital patient and was immuno-compromised. Cockroaches everywhere, dirt and muk in the corners, and watched the cleaner re-use the blankets we had used during our stay. I am not coming back here. I recommend no one to stay here either. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

The stairs are a bit steep for my little legs and I have to take extra care going down, too. Seng and Simon are very accommodating.

My husband and I stayed at Isla House PA because it was cheaper and it just took us 3 minutes to get to the Princess Alexandra Hospital. Seng and Simon were very helpful.

Very handy to the PA hospital. Nice rooms with all kitchen facilities and tea Coffs making facility as well. Great fridges for longer term stays. Best available in area.
