AJ Media has proven to be a disappointing choice for online marketing services. Their lack of commitment and professionalism has led to a complete waste of time and money for my business.Firstly, the agency rescheduled the first four meetings, which left me questioning their level of investment in my business. This lack of commitment is unacceptable for a marketing agency and can be a warning sign for potential clients.Furthermore, the agency representative, Jason, showed a complete lack of interest in my business. He was dismissive and disrespectful towards myself, showing frustration when contacted for guidance and failing to explain information with empathy. Instead, he laughed and displayed frustration. This behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable.Most concerning is the complete lack of results. Despite spending close to $4,000 on ads, my business did not receive any sales.
