We had an appointment and then left a message overnight to reschedule but the staff didn't call us back to confirm so we made a wasted trip for a groom which wasn't appreciated. Oh well.

I visit this branch on a regular basis. I have 2 fishtanks and they have everything I need to satisfy me. The quality of the products and fish are good. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make the experience pleasant.

I recently visited Petbarn Capalaba with a rescue dog. She was very frightened and shaky. The staff, especially Jake, were very gentle and kind to her offering her treats and softly approaching and patting her and by the time we left the store she was no longer shaking. Jake also handled my purchases making sure I got the best discounts at the counter and then took them out to my car and loaded them in for me. Couldn't ask for better service, and with a big smile.

After numerous visits here I will no longer be going back, staff untrained to carry out the jobs they are employed to do.Bought some fish, took the young lady far to long (25 mins - 6 fish from same tank) to catch, bag and tie them to the point the fish were distressed, the lady being served before me was also getting upset while her new fish were also being butchered.I spoke to the gent about my concerns with regards to me experience and he said that we would report the incident.One week on and all 6 new fish are now dead, lucky my other fish are all good, I have tested my water and levels are all good
