Waiting on a gardening job for six months and counting. Seemingly endless quotes and discussions between Brad Teal and the landlords have resulted in the rental property (and our quality of life) being neglected. Our neighbours are also not happy as it affects them too. Given the high price of rent, and the fact that it has recently increased further after our first year, this should not happen. We cannot easily access our carport and entrance.

They're the worst if your a tenant. They love to ignore emails and concerns for serious issues that need to be fixed around the house. The property manager of who I'm not going to mention their name is failing their duty of care. There are safety issues with the rental I'm in and all they do is ignore emails from tenants. Not happy and if you're a investor do yourself a favour and don't go with this mob in pascoe vale. They're highly incompetent.

Dante is the absolute BEST leasing consultant. He is so friendly, reliable and fast with his work. We met him at an open house we unfortunately didn't get however he kept in contact with us and offered other properties as an alternative which were exactly what we were after. After applying to a second of Dante's listings we were approved in less than 24 hours. 10/10 service, cannot recommend Dante and Brad Teal enough!
