Chemist Warehouse Elizabeth

I am always extremely disappointed by the service at Chemist Warehouse Elizabeth, particularly the attitudes and behaviours of the pharmacists. Every behind the counter request, whether it is for Canesten Thrush cream or Sudafed with Psuedoephedrine gets denied because I “don’t look like I need it”.Doctors shake their heads when I tell them the pharmacists at Chemist Warehouse Elizabeth won’t give me behind the counter medicines. I have a basic human right to access behind the counter medicines without judgement. Chemist Warehouse Elizabeth desperately needs to review their employees because their customer service is appalling.

Really needs some sort of sign to say you go to the pick up prescriptions area to ask for other behind counter medications. Asking for a medicine discreetly only to be told to go to another counter. Her demeanour was dismissive, rude and offensive. Obviously all the traits you want in a health care professional (sarcasm intended). So them wrapping up this item seemed rather pointless when I had to ask for it several times. If you don't want to help people don't work in health care.

Had the worst experience in store today not because of the staff but because of the security guard. I had my toddler with me and had a baby bag so the security guard followed me around the whole time I was looking and kept watching me which made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid for my items and then had to empty out my toddlers whole bag on the floor for him to search even though I already showed him the contents of the bag which isn’t easy when you’re dealing with a toddler. I have no problem with the store or the staff itself but the security have put me off going back. I’ve gone to many other chemist warehouses and I’m not made to feel like I’m a thief just for buying my items.

I 100% would give 0 star if I could. Wanted to buy a nice perfume. Staff told me I could only smell one more then I had to choose one. She walked off to do stuff to the shelves while I was still asking her... I told her I was still seeking to buy a perfume and wanted to smell another she told me to give my nose a rest". I walked out. Absolutely shocking how the staff treat customers in this shop!!"

The worst and worst security guard in store today 30 November 2022 one Indian looking guy.I forget to give one medicine in counter and I said sorry and they did bill. Bt the secure harrase me 15 minutes.he put all my stuff in floor even he check my cloths what I buyed .how poor management !! I will never go and will suggest everyone never go there . Priceline is more and more better. 00000 star

27 december 4:30 am ..the staff lady with platinum blonde hair is very racist and rude to me. Didnt want to stood down to her level and reply back instead will never to to this chemist. Management seems lacking incustomerservice

Really disappointing how I was treated by the staff today especially the young girl who was doing the perfume area , really didn't feel the need to be chastised or embarrassed in front of customers.I have manners thank you and always respect to a customer waiting in front of me , don't assume I didn't.

Stocks a huge variety in this larger store. The fragrance packs are a good value for money.Staff are most helpful and friendly with finding the right product when you can locate them.Security guard is an extreme overkill, he guards the door watching with full view of the check out counter, he saw that we’ve paid for items, saw the sales assistant bag our items into a chemist warehouse plastic bag but still insists checking the bag & the receipt on our way out. Is he ensuring the sales assistant hadn’t accidentally thrown freebies in our bag??? Or he just needs to feels superior making everyone feel like thieves in their way out?!

I have ordered online a few times, Very helpful staff even after the screw up from the delivery driver. First time coming in store today and it was very busy the staff where nice and The security guard was super nice and did his job well

TRISH NEEDS TO BE FIRED! (Typical looking Karen with the Karen cut)Was so rude and dismissive towards both me and my sister and law who did seperate transactions. She was rolling her eyes and sighing because an item that was in a discount rack wasn’t showing up for the price listed. She spoke very abrupt when asked about the price and said well she can’t go look now Because they’re nearly closed. Then another lady took over her because she wasn’t capable of changing to the correct price.Don’t work in retail if you can’t handle it and be a nice decent person!
