Just tried to purchase a sandwich and coffee at 9:30 13 January. Girl behind counter seemed so annoyed that I approached her when she was doing her paper work and rudely told me to use the machine. What awfull customer service and such a shame this individual has no concern for her employer chasing paying customers away like that. I used to go there every morning no way will I ever return as to many other places one can go.

I'm extremely unsatisfied with a service I get (or I would rather say, I didn't get!!!) from your cafeteria on Bondi Junction. As you can see from the mail attached, I've ordered coffee using mobile app at 7:35 with promise of it to be ready at 7:40. I was really upset when I come to your store at 7:42 (with 3 people waiting for order on the front desk) running to the train at 7:48, and your employee said he even didn't start doing my coffee and didn't check an internet orders! I had no choice but as goodbye to the money I paid and run for the train.

Coffee is best,and so do the staff except the assistant store manager(lady).She was there when i ordered a coffee today,I asked for extra hot regular latte,the store wasn’t even busy and she didn’t listen my instruction,she just made normal coffee that wasn’t even hot and not good.And also she wasn’t so good to customer.But coffee there is always the best.

I had a mocha from there when I arrived at Bondi station. It was so good, I didn't expect it to be so tasty. Friendly staff and the service was quick. Will always get my coffee from there when I'm in Bondi. Kudos Foodary.

Sandwhiches are above average but also expensive. The coffee is tasteless and awful! Service seems to vary, i got served by a nice lady today but other times, they couldn't care less but does service matter that much when the coffees so bad anyways?Coffee is normally pretty fast tho, but that might be the problem.

They deserve zero stars. There is no option for zero star so I’m giving them 1. Ordered my coffee 15 mins ago. There were 2 staff. Shop was not busy at all. Waited there for 7-8 mins. There were talking to each other without even making my coffee. Then i had to run for my bus without coffee. Worst costumer service ever. Would not recommend to anyone .

Amazing service. Every morning my coffee is just perfect. Consistent. So much so once by mistake I got the wrong order but I still loved the coffee. Amazing experience. Things have changed profusely over the last two months. Shops looks amazing. Kudos

The barista gave me soo much attitude when I payed with a 50, even though I apologised profusely. He rolled his eyes and muttered under his breath. Since the coffee was not great either I wont be returning.I recommend the coffee stand on the platform. It's high quality and the staff are lovely.

Understaffed on a Saturday morning. The attendant was friendly, but had to both take orders and make the coffee, which meant he had to prioritise getting the money in, and the coffee quality was not a priority. The croissant was stale and quite hard to eat, coffee too hot to drink and really weak in flavour. They need more staff.

This morning I bought a like bread with chocolate and it tastes terrible, it looks and tastes old, nothing soft, even though I heated it still horrible, actually unpleasant, and I payed almost 5 dollars for that. Unbelievable!I don't recommend it, once time I had gone for a coffee and I had to wait almost 10 minutes the staff wasn't busy at all they preferred to make other coffees than mine.
