I visited the store at Capalaba where I witnessed a gentleman accidentally break 1 small piece from a 3 piece teapot set, he was told he would have to pay the full $80 for the whole set which he said he would but made the comment that it was not worth near that amount as was made in China! It was an accident, accidents happen!your a charity store but no charity extended to him!

Bad customer service from person collecting our clothes donation out the back. Will pick another more appreciative charity in future.

Another large op shop.Very much trying to be a boutique. Large range of clothing, books.Their furniture is a mix of new & old. I'm sceptical of the pricing of some of it, but do understand they still need to make money.Pricing is hit & miss, as is usually the way, more often than not lately.Worth paying a visit. Such a large store always the chance to find a bargain.

Large airy premises with the full range of items on offer. From men's and women's clothing to furniture to household trinkets, and glassware and much more. There's a whole 'bric a brac' section where you could find anything. It's so good to recycle stuff rather than it end up in the tip. Prices are very low and staff very friendly. Pop in - you never know what you might find.

Pulled into the donation car park at 3.30 (store closes at 4.00) and my wife was barked at by the guy out the back saying that people do this to him everyday while he was trying to close up and that he had no room to move etc. My wife was a bit taken back and offered to come back the next day and he just mumbled under his breath and aggressively removed some more of the donations from the boot of our car. If you don’t want people donating after a certain time, then perhaps mention it somewhere or have a sign saying so but don’t go off at people who think they are doing the right thing and will perhaps take future donations to the dump instead.

I have found so many great items here from toys to toiletries and furniture to fluffy toys. I have purchased a few work clothes here as well. My excitement when I find things near new at a very minimal price is unbounded. My problem is having to put stuff back as I can't take it all home.

I recently purchased 3 items from a lifeline near the coast. On the way home I decided to stop here (my local) and noticed the same items being sold at this store but for over three times the price I purchased from a different lifeline. I also notice quite high prices on everything else, prices that cost more than the item brand new. I thought this was a charity not a second hand store. The ladies working there are very good though, they had a great attitude and helped me with good service.Overall price way too high but the staff there are very good from my experience.
