I have never been so disappointed.On 22nd of February my car warning light came on.I rang to book it in they told me 3 weeks which was fine, I understand everyone is busy and short staffed.They rang to confirm we were coming which was great, my husband had to load the car on a trailer and take it to Wangaratta.I was told my the receptionist that the car would be ready at 5pm that day.We were unable to collect the car that day as I was on an evening shift, I told her that we would be there early the next day.Before we went to pick up the car which is an hour drive for us, I thought I better ring and make sure that we were right to pick it up, she said sorry I was supposed to call and let you know it won’t be ready.We are still waiting it is now the end of AprilWe have contacted them and they are still unable to let us know what is happening.I am with out a car and live out of town.If only there was some communication, I would of been satisfied with that.I would never buy a Mazda again.

Was passing through and had an issue with my wipers. Even though they were busy they fixed the issue and were very friendly and helpful. Could not recommend highly enough!

My 2018 Mazda2 broke down whilst on holiday and luckily there was a Mazda in the same town. Turns out is was due to a faulty fuel pump, which is a part of a pending product recall. It was towed there and they took my daily, and sometimes twice daily phone calls, as I checked on how my car was going. I had to go back to Melbourne in the end as I couldn’t wait any longer so they organised it to be towed back to Melbourne, completely fixed, and a hire car for me to use in the interim. The service team and manager were so helpful, even offered to drive the car back themselves. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Recently purchased my new car from here and can't recommend this dealership enough!!All the staff are super friendly and nothing is a problem they all make you feel like you are always going to be their priority which is rare these days.Mark was our Salesperson and we found him to be very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly, he made us feel right from the first greeting that we had known him for years, very easy to talk to & couldn't do enough for us, never pushy to make a sale & always accessible.The aftersale service is also impeccable, the sales department, service department and Mark have all been in contact within the 1st weeks after our purchase to make sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase and to ask if we have any questions or problems that need addressing & how our experience with our new vehicle is going.Could not be happier!!

Wangaratta Mazda demonstrates what exceptional customer service is all about and is so hard to find. Because I have been travelling, problems with my diesel Cx5 have been looked at by a number of dealerships but none came close to matching the helpfulness, consideration and time Wangaratta Mazda put into resolving my car issues. My faith in Mazda has been restored.

I called in a few weeks back to see if they could connect my new phone to the Bluetooth in my Mazda3. They didn't have to do this but they did. I needed it driving into Melbourne later that day. Without the directions coming through I think I'd still be driving around the outskirts of Melbourne trying to get into the city. Thanks so much. Very Grateful.
