Spent thousands there, then rang to complain all the ‘unbreakable’ glasses I bought not long ago have fallen apart and told nothing they can do… didn’t even look me up in their system to see I’ve stocked my whole house for years… anyhow, as I said everything has a warranty of reasonableness in this country.. and every consumer can go elsewhere.
