A great experience dealing with Sandman Stone. The choice was amazing and the quote came through almost immediately. The work was completed quickly and they went above and beyond to arrange delivery for me. I highly recommend them!

Brilliant. Fantastic. Wonderful. Sandman Stone went above and beyond in terms of customer service and price.I have spent over 2 years trying to get a new top for my island bench. We had bought a new home and discovered that the island Benchtop had been made of flooring timber and was not joined or sealed properly so everything stuck to it and stained and / or marked it. It was unusable. I’d contact kitchen benchtop providers. They would either come and measure or get me to send measurements and photos and then ghost me!!! No quotes or in some cases the quote was so over the top it was insane. I was perplexed.I decided to see if I could contact stonemasons directly rather than going through third party kitchen makers. I ended up at Sandman Stone and finally found someone willing to listen and provide solutions.Sandy was brilliant. She listened and then brought Gary, the Stone Mason, into the conversation. They were willing to explore solutions and not stick to their usual procedures. They organised for Stefan to come out and measure before the substrate was installed to determine how to get the stone up the stairs.The problem was the length (& weight) of the stone and getting it up the stairs into my kitchen. This had scared most kitchen Benchtop providers away hence the ghosting or excessive quotes. But not Sandman Stone. The solution was so simple: cut the stone in half and then join it!!! Once this was determined the process was so quick and efficient. In less than 2 weeks from paying my deposit my new Benchtop was installed. I’m over the moon to finally have a functional island bench which looks fabulous.

Sandman Stone done our latest project Kitchen Pantry Laundry and lounge Stone tops.They were really easy to deal with at Quote time and very helpful with the choice of Stone.Onsite Measure and install crew were really great no hassle at all and an overall great job.We will definitely use them again.Dave JamesJames Properties and Developments

After dealing with a guy named Gary,Who I believe is the owner…..I WONT EVER deal with this place again!He spoke so rudely towards me as a client of mine hadn’t gone ahead with a previous quote, only as the job had only gone on hold.So with that he refused to give me a quote!I had to basically plead with him to say that this job is legitimate & im not wasting his time. I felt like I was being spoken to by a school teacher that didn’t seem to like me.Reluctantly he sent me a quote, after I practically begged him to do it & he massively overpriced the job, which clearly told me he didn’t really want to do the job & showed me how arrogant he was & not seemly too concerned.I shouldn’t have to beg for a business to give me a quote, which would’ve been a four bathroom “stone” job.I called back to speak to his wife, to give them the opportunity to understand how upset I was with the way I was spoken to and how unprofessionally this matter was handled, only for her to come to his defence!She believed that he wasn’t rude towards me, despite me expressing what happened from my end and how I felt!It’s really quite unprofessional and rude and definitely not someone I want to give my hard earned money to or do business with ever again!After receiving a quote from another local place that was so pleasant to deal with, it was quite apparent how much I was overcharged….so buyers beware & shop around.Not happy

Sandy in the showroom has been so very helpful with choosing the right stone for our project and getting the process underway. The installation team did an amazing job with the measuring and installation of the stone. I really recommend these guys for all your project stone requirements.
