I was referred to this company via Facebook marketplace to pay for the redirection of a Yamaha Piano being offered for free. They asked me to deposit money for the ‘rerouting’ of the piano that was allegedly on its way to New Zealand. Fake website: dated end of 2022. Fake address. Fake everything. No number of the person from the piano, or the company. I even tried to check in their own website the tracking number and it was not able to be identified. Scammers.

The company has kept a lot of my furniture and not delivered it to my new home. They have disconnected all their phones and are not answering their emails. The company is owned by Shivesh Kuksal.

Picked up my furniture on 11th November 2020, they were paid on the 13th yet still have not delivered it and refuses to tell me where it is until i pay more money. Have threatened me with legal action from their made up legal team. Only have given 1 star as it wont let me post without it. I would give them -5 stars if i could. Its now july 2021 and I still have know idea where my furniture is

Complete Scam!! Beware of their scams through Facebook Marketplace, they create bogus accounts posting FREE items (in my case a grand piano) then ask you to pay their courier company for delivery, Once you pay they ask for more money and then cancel the order because they never had the product in the first place.

Shivesh kuksal is the owner. Be aware not to hire his service and to work under him. Big scammer

They make no attempt to verify who I was or to send any official paperwork. Beware!!!

This is a scam company. They took $1000 from me for the deposit to transfer my furnitures . Luckily, I found out the owner of this company was famous for scams then I called to question them when they would come to pick up the furniture. They then refused to talk to me and didn’t come to pick up the furniture. Losing $1000 is still better than losing all my furnitures. Have reported to police . The guy should be in jail. I am surprised that many people are still his victims.

Their service is pathetic. They book your parcel and later on ask for extra money. My parcel was not only late but also many things were stolen. All things were packed so nicely when booked however, when luggage was received it was in poor condition. Some of the clothes were torn some pieces were lost. I have booked earlier with other companies but it had never happened. I would give them negative rating if there was an option. Never try this company it is wastage of both time and money.

As others have mentioned, an absolute scam. We wanted a full service removal, and was given a good spiel about an excellent service. Instead, they took a 50% deposit upfront, then provided less than adequate service. Then, they demanded the other 50% and refused to complete the job until the money has been paid - i.e., extortion.They didn't even complete the move, then demanded more money through requesting another quote" to finish the job the next day.Not only that

SCAM COMPANY.Uses rental truck with a temporary driver and advertises on air Tasker for help to load/unload the truck at the pickup and drop off address. No packing supplies (blankets, trolley etc etc). Not professional Removalists. And the back of the truck just had belongings thrown in with no order or straps holding into placeBasically the scam is that they hold your furniture “hostage” until you pay more money and sign a new contract that you agree with the extra charges. If you don’t, then they threaten legal action, however the legal correspondence is from a fake lawyer from a firm that doesn’t existThe owners real name is Shivesh Kuksal and has previously ran other scam companies.
