F45 Training Glenhaven

Have been attending F45 Glenhaven since it opened & can’t speak highly enough of it. It is such a lovely environment to work out in and Seb & Vanessa put their heart & soul into making members feel welcome, classes challenging and most importantly enjoyable and fun. Having spent many years as both a trainer in & member of, many gyms I know how important it is to motivate & personalise training to get the best out of members and I feel that Seb does this in every class. His crazy sense of humour is a bonus. The trainers they employ are also of the highest standard and I have made many lovely friendships there. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Highly recommend Glenhaven F45!!!The owners are a dynamic duo comprising of Sebastian - a highly experienced trainer and Vanessa's who's completely got you covered with all things nutrition!I joined in February 22 and they have both been fully committed to helping me reach my health & fitness goals.I've been smashing milestones thanks to the entire team of A-class trainers. The members are an awesome community to train with too!

This is the best F45 in Sydney and I’ve trialed a few! The trainers Sebastian and Vanessa are both warm, caring and truly invested in the members health and fitness goals. They go above and beyond with extra content and support and give the gym the best vibes with their positive encouragement.

I am someone who was very shy at the gym and used to prefer keeping to myself when working out. F45 Glenhaven immediately made me feel so welcome and has helped build my confidence. All the trainers are incredibly supportive and warm. They genuinely care about your progress and go over and beyond to help push you to achieve your goals. I am so grateful for all the support from the whole team.

Highly recommended gym for anyone who wants to get fit and stay healthy. Vanessa and Seb have been excellent at running the facility through coaching, ensuring cleanliness at the premises thereby fostering a fantastic environment for exercising. Classes are always fun and interesting with a lot of challenges along the way. Keep up to good work, thank you for all your efforts and you guys get a lot of credit for keeping me and the rest of the F45 Glenhaven community fit and healthy.

I have been training at f45 Glenhaven since 2017There is no better place to train. The atmosphere is amazing and Vanessa and Sebastian are two of the most dedicated people that ensure every single member has a great experience and that they get everything out of their training that they are wanting. Have met amazing people through f45 and will be training here for many many more years

F45 Glenhaven is easily one of the most supportive and welcoming gyms I’ve ever been a part of. Vanessa and Seb are phenomenal trainers and boast a wealth of fitness experience and knowledge between them. The community and atmosphere they have created in their is something I have struggled to find at any other gym since moving out of the area. Would absolutely recommend F45 Glenhaven to anyone in the area!

I have been a F45 Glenhaven member for 5 years. I started, to pick up my fitness levels as a cyclist. The bike is gathering dust as the group training atmosphere created by Seb and Vanessa was more appealing. They have work with me and helped me adjust my training to keep my old injuries from stopping me be active. I recommend the gym 100%
